I’m pretty excited to share Patrick and Rachel’s wedding. I’ve known Patrick for a good number of years now and was actually the catalyst for Patrick and Rachel meeting via a NYE party at my apartment. Also, I just so happened to be a groomsmen at this wedding while simultaneously being hired to shoot Super 8 and Polaroids. It was quite a busy and fun day.
Their wedding was on a breezy Sunday in April at the Prospect Park Boathouse in Brooklyn, NY. With Rachel originally being from Queens and both of them living and working in NYC, they knew they wanted a picturesque location in NYC to tie the knot.
Despite the brisk wind, we all braved the outdoors to get some gorgeous shots of the two of them during their first look as well as reading the letters they had written to each other for this day.
As a gift to them, I also reclaimed the negatives and as usual, they came out looking really great. In color or in black and white, they negatives are gorgeous and sharp looking.
Also this wedding is featured on the popular wedding blog, www.stylemepretty.com and has a few photos from the photograher, Sophie Kaye, of the Polaroids at the wedding and me in action!
